| Wildman closed down for the wet season at the end of November and will re-open 1st March 2012. Sunrise |
| Grant Denyer and the Channel 7 Sunrise crew ended their two week event-filled motor cycle tour of Queensland and the Northern Territory with a night at Wildman Wilderness Lodge on the 30th November. It's amazing the restorative power of a hot shower, luxe bedding, great food and wine. They looked refreshed and renewed as they broadcast the nation's weather report from Wildman Wilderness Lodge the next day.
