It’s rare for me to harp on about New Year’s resolutions. Often they can be a source of personal disappointment when they are broken so easily and early in the year. However, in the wake of a tough 2009 when the global financial crisis dominated our media headlines, I think it’s timely to look forward with optimism to the year ahead.
