Join us from June 25-27 for a weekend of culinary exploration and world-class indulgence. Quamby Estate will serve as the base for a “Gourmet and Gumboots” weekend which includes day trips through the wineries of the renowned Tamar Valley and a hunters and gatherers day to local farm-gates. Dinners will be served at Quamby and the beautiful award winning Stillwater restaurant at Richie’s Mill.

Quamby Estate is the perfect base to explore Northern Tasmania and the starting point for our world-renowned guided walking experiences at Cradle Mountain Huts and Bay of Fires Walk.
